Social portrait of primary class teachers, problems of training and improving their education

Abstract
The article analyzes the current state of primary school teachers in Kazakhstan and focuses on important aspects of their training and improvement of professional skills.
The social portrait of teachers, including those employed in primary schools, the training of prospective teachers, and the improvement of their professional competencies, serves to illustrate the relevance of this article. A comparative analysis of the educational programmes of universities and colleges in the training of primary school teachers has been conducted. The experience of scholars from a range of countries, both near and far, in the field of teacher training is considered. The ranking of higher education institutions based on the external assessment of the knowledge of primary school teachers is determined.
The primary school teachers' main problems have been investigated, and strategies and recommendations for improvement have been proposed.
A direct relationship has been revealed between the form of education in which the teacher studied at the university and his professional level. The educational programs of universities and colleges that train primary school teachers in our state were compared and studied. In order to ensure high-quality training of future teachers and improve the educational process in primary schools, special attention is paid to education and professional development methods. The research offers valuable suggestions and practical conclusions that can be useful to educational institutions, primary school teachers, as well as educational policy makers aimed at improving the quality of primary education in Kazakhstan.
