The first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, N. Nazarbayev, set tasks to enter our Republic into the 50 most competitive countries in the world, which completely changed the requirements for education, thereby significantly increasing its expected contribution to the development of society, and highlighting the
education sector as a priority for socio-economic development.
One of the urgent problems of modern education, in our opinion, is the development of reflexive dialogue in the pedagogical process since the success of any teaching depends on the quality of the analysis and processing of
information received by the student in the process of interaction with the teacher. For a student of an educational institution, reflection is one of the main components of educational activity, therefore, the development of
reflexive dialogue is the determining condition of professional education. The development of reflexive dialogue skills allows students to consciously plan their activities, analyze the activities of their fellow students, as well as teachers; draw conclusions based on the results of achieved goals and adjust subsequent activities. Through reflection, the student understands which methods, techniques, and forms of learning are appropriate for him/her. And the procedure of a reflection should accompany each subsequent stage of any process of training, to a reflection, it is necessary to return constantly, as knowledge, comprehension, and application of them change all participants of reflective dialogue, also purposes, motives, trajectories of development, formats of training, etc. can change. Creating a reflective environment in the learning process is aimed at the developing of the student’s internal potential, and the desire for self-improvement.
