Abstract

The scientific and pedagogical research of domestic and foreign scientists on modern distance learning in the Republic of Kazakhstan are analyzed and the pedagogical conditions of forming digital and creative competencies of future teachers in the conditions of distance learning are defined in this article.
The content and directions of the work SMART-digital pedagogical campus are revealed, which include 8 online pedagogical resources for training of pedagogical personnel and development of digital creative competencies of future teachers of the Republic of Kazakhstan: SMART-online-pedagogical workshop (pedagogical center); SMART- online- pedagogical studio; SMART-online - educational electronic library; SMART-online - methodological portfolio; SMART- online- coaching; SMART-online - coworking center; SMART - online –virtual laboratory; SMART - digital content.
The essence of the concepts of «digital competence of a future teacher» is also revealed and the components and indicators are assigned, such as: information competence; computer competence; media competence;
communicative contacts; technological competence are come out in this article.
