Abstract
The article deals with the aspects of preparation teacher-psychologist training for professional adaptation in an inclusive educational environment. Scientific and pedagogical research on the problem of inclusive education, the process of personality formation, adaptation to the profession are analysed. It is necessary to consider the research in the study of conditions of inclusive education in higher education institutions, as well as in the disclosure of the main content of the problem of preparation of a teacher- psychologist to professional adaptation to the inclusive educational environment. Professional development of teacher- psychologists directly depends on their satisfaction with professional achievements and personality type in the professional sphere. In order to study this problem, to identify the problems of inclusive education in the university and to determine the main content of the problem of preparation of teacher- psychologists to professional adaptation to an inclusive educational environment among students, the method of multifactor personality research of R. Kettel (16PF - questionnaire) was conducted. The purpose of this research methodology is to identify the diagnostic characteristics of the study and differentiation of conditions of inclusive education. This article presents research work conducted among students on the issues of professional adaptation in higher education and their results.
