Abstract

The article describes a problem of academic mobility in modern conditions. The main goals, objectives and types of mobility are described in details. Since the adoption of the Bologna Declaration, the CIS countries have identified new priorities in the development of modern higher education. The article reveals problems faced by students in the formation of academic mobility and the solution of these problems. It considers the most common forms and importance of implementing joint educational programs and their madvantages over their participants. It is necessary to form, and implement European educational models that contribute to improving the competitiveness and quality of educational programs. The schedule on the state of the academic mobility program and the use of the academic mobility program by students and undergraduates of the university in the period from 2016 to 2019 has been compiled at Sh.Ualikhanov Kokshetau University.
