Abstract

This article attempts to understand the system of social protection of large families in the context of social modernization of Kazakhstan in recent years. Aspects of modernization of the social sphere and its impact on the welfare of the family as a whole are considered. The article presents arguments about the need
for joint responsibility of the state and the population for the welfare of each family. Further, the article presents models of further social modernization based on coordinated actions of all stakeholders of social policy and the transition to an integrated model of social work.
