Abstract

The article reveals the problem of introducing multilingual education. Attention is focused on the fact that the ability to communicate in a foreign language in a professional context becomes a priority. One of the most successfully implemented multilingual education technology is CLIL. This is a didactic methodology that allows students to form linguistic and communicative competencies based on subject learning activities. Subject-language integrated education leads to the achievement of the main goal - the formation of professional competence of future graduates, increasing their mobility and ability to adapt to rapidly changing life situations.
The multicultural space of a university is a socio-educational environment for the formation of a student’s personality, within the framework of which he learns the values of the world and national culture, models of intercultural and social relationships based on tolerant interaction and universal values.
